Payment methods
PayPal for instant confirmation. InstaPay (any PH bank or wallet) for manual payment with QR.
We accept two kinds of payment: instant (PayPal) and manual (any InstaPay-enabled bank or e-wallet). Both flows are described below.
PayPal — instant
Pick PayPal at checkout. Your card is charged immediately and your order moves straight to packing — no extra steps from your side.
Bank Deposit / GCASH — InstaPay QR
Pick Bank Deposit or GCASH at checkout. Your order confirmation email includes a Chinabank InstaPay QR — scan it with any InstaPay-enabled app (GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, and most PH banks) and send the exact order total.
Sending proof of payment
- Pay using the QR in your order emailSend the exact total shown — the breakdown (subtotal, shipping, total) is in the email.
- Take a screenshot of the receiptMake sure the amount and reference number are visible.
- Send it to us with your order numberReply to the order email, or DM us on Facebook Messenger — whichever is faster for you. The order number starts with #.
Payment grace
You have 24 hours from the time you place the order to send proof of payment. After that, the order may be cancelled and the cards released back to inventory. If you need more time, just message us — we'd rather hold the cards than cancel.
